Jana Foundation for Family Development Receives RGH Consulting Company

Jana Foundation for Family Development / Aden received the RGH Consulting Company for Monitoring and Evaluation on Sunday morning, January 19, 2025, represented by Mr. Mahmoud Jamal and Mr. Aseel Zuhair, in order to conduct sessions to evaluate the capabilities of the foundation's employees in various departments. The aim was to review their skills and abilities at work, as well as to identify opportunities for improvement and development.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Howaida Saleh, "President of Jana Foundation," and Mr. Abdu Ali Mansoub, "Executive Director," welcomed the company's team and provided them with a brief overview of the foundation and its various humanitarian interventions in the governorates of Aden, Abyan, Lahj, and Dhale. They emphasized the importance of evaluating, building, and developing employees' capabilities to contribute to improving work quality and productivity efficiently.

It is worth mentioning that RGH Consulting Company works on behalf of the international organization CARE to assess the capabilities of employees for some civil society organizations, with plans to conduct training programs for capacity building in the coming days.
