Discussion of the Workshop Survey on Capacity Assessment and Employee Competency Development

As part of the practical tasks from the "Institutional Assessment" workshop within the training grant provided by Save The Children for capacity assessment and employee competency development, in which Eng. Arslan Anis Taha (Project Officer) and Mr. Mohamed Jamal Al-Atefi (Financial Accountant) participated, the employees of Jana Foundation for Family Development discussed the workshop survey on "Governance and Structure, Culture and Inclusion, Management and Human Resources, Finance and Grants, Implementation and Quality, Participation, Communication and Outreach, and Impact and Legitimacy."
