Jana Foundation for Family Development has officially concluded the *“Women: Core of Protection, Peace, and Development”* project in Aden Governorate with a celebratory and honorary closing ceremony. The event showcased the project’s major achievements and the inspiring success stories of participating women—women who transformed challenges into opportunities and became real partners in peacebuilding and protection.

The project was implemented with generous support from the European Union and in partnership with CARE International. It marked a significant step forward in empowering women within their communities through:

- Intensive training programs on peacebuilding, development, and protection  

- Workshops with local authorities to enhance women’s participation  

- Women-led initiatives that supported community protection and peace causes  

The foundation emphasized during the ceremony that this project was more than just a series of activities—it served as a safe space for women to rise, have their voices heard, and take active roles in community decision-making.

*Ms. Somaya Hashem*, Project Manager, stated: *"This project opened a wide door for women to become part of the solution and to make a real difference in their communities. It proved that when given the opportunity, women can overcome challenges."*

*Ms. Howaida Saleh*, Chairwoman of Jana Foundation, added:  

*"Today, we are proud of what has been achieved on the ground. Women who joined this project as trainees are now leading community initiatives and acting as ambassadors for peace and protection."*

Finally, the foundation extended its heartfelt thanks to the *European Union* and *CARE International* for their valuable support, reaffirming the importance of continuing such impactful development projects—especially those that invest in people, and in women in particular—as they remain the cornerstone of sustainable development and true peace.

اختتمت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة صباح اليوم الاثنين الموافق: 5/يناير/2026م مشروع "المرأة نواة الحماية والسلام والتنمية" في محافظة عدن، بفعالية ختامية احتفالية وتكريمية استُعرضت خلالها أبرز إنجازات المشروع، وقصص النجاح التي صنعتها النساء المشاركات، في مشروع هدفه تحويل التحديات إلى فرص، والمرأة إلى شريكة حقيقية في الحماية وصناعة السلام

نُفذ المشروع بدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي وبالشراكة مع منظمة كير العالمية، حيث مثّل نقلة نوعية في مسار تمكين النساء في مجتمعاتهن، من خلال:

- دورات تدريبية مكثفة في السلام والتنمية والحماية

- ورش عمل مع السلطة المحلية لتعزيز مشاركة المرأة  

- مبادرات نسوية ساهمت في دعم قضايا الحماية والسلام المجتمعي 

وأكدت المؤسسة في الحفل أن المشروع لم يكن مجرد أنشطة، بل مساحة آمنة للنهوض بواقع النساء، وتعزيز أصواتهن، وتمكينهن من التأثير والمشاركة الفاعلة في القرار المجتمعي

وفي تصريح للأستاذة سمية هاشم "مديرة المشروع":

"هذا المشروع فتح بابًا واسعًا للنساء ليكن جزءًا من الحل، وأن يصنعن فارقًا حقيقيًا في مجتمعاتهن، وأثبتت المرأة أنها قادرة على تجاوز التحديات حين تُمنح الفرصة."

وقالت الأستاذة هويدا صالح "رئيسة مؤسسة جنى" "نشعر اليوم بالفخر لما تحقق على الأرض، النساء اللاتي بدأن هذا المشروع كمتدربات، أصبحن اليوم حاملات لمبادرات مجتمعية، وسفيرات للحماية والسلام."

وفي الأخير قدمت المؤسسة شكرها للاتحاد الأوروبي ومنظمة كير العالمية على دعمهما الكريم، مؤكدة أهمية استمرار هذا النوع من المشاريع التنموية التي تستثمر في الإنسان، وبالذات في النساء، باعتبارهن الركيزة الأولى للتنمية المستدامة والسلام الحقيقي.

As part of the project “Women: Core of Protection, Peace, and Development,” JANA Foundation for Family Development conducted peer-to-peer awareness sessions on Saturday, December 27, 2025. These sessions are part of a series of 20 peer education sessions targeting 200 participants, including women, men, girls, and boys. The project is implemented in partnership with CARE International and funded by the European Union.

The sessions aimed to promote concepts of protection, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. They were delivered by trained Peace Ambassadors, each of whom facilitated sessions for 10 participants. The activities included interactive discussions, the distribution of awareness brochures, and motion graphic video presentations. The sessions were held in Al-Musaibeen village, Dar Saad District, Aden Governorate.

Ms. Somaya Hashem, Project Manager, stated:  
“Through these sessions, we were keen to convey the concepts of protection and peace to all segments of society in a simple and interactive way. We believe that change begins with awareness, empowering participants to become agents of change in their communities for a safer and more sustainable future.”

ضمن مشروع "المرأة نواة الحماية والسلام والتنمية"، نفّذت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة صباح اليوم السبت الموافق: 27/ديسمبر/2025م، جلسات تثقيف ضمن 20 جلسة تثقيف للأقران التي تستهدف 200 مشارك ومشاركة من النساء والرجال والفتيات والفتيان، يأتي هذا المشروع بالشراكة مع منظمة كير العالمية وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

هدفت الجلسات إلى تعزيز مفاهيم الحماية، وبناء السلام، والتنمية المستدامة، حيث قام بتنفيذ هذه الجلسات سفراء السلام، ودرّب كل سفير 10 مشاركين ومشاركات، وذلك للمساهمة في إشراك فئات المجتمع المختلفة في حوارات تفاعلية وشملت الجلسة على توزيع بروشورات توعوية وعرض فيديوهات موشن جرافيك، وذلك بقرية المصعبين مديرية دار سعد - محافظة عدن.

وتحدثت الأستاذة/ سمية هاشم، مديرة المشروع: "حرصنا من خلال هذه الجلسات على إيصال مفاهيم الحماية والسلام لكل فئات المجتمع بطريقة بسيطة وتفاعلية. لأننا نؤمن أن التغيير يبدأ من الوعي، ليصبح المشاركين قادة تغيير في مجتمعاتهم، لمستقبل أكثر أمانا واستدامة

استقبلت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 17 يونيو 2025م، أ. عبدالرحمن السقاف "ضابط البرامج بمنظمة كير العالمية باليمن"، وتعرّف على آلية سير عمل مشروع دمج الثروة الحيوانية في تمكين المرأة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش، وماهي الصعوبات والتحديات التي واجهته وكيف تم معالجتها.

وعبّر أ. عبدالرحمن عن تقديره وامتنانه لمؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة على جهودهم الكبيرة في إنجاح المشروع، والسير وفق الخطة التنفيذية للمشروع، آملا أن يفتح هذا المشروع شراكات أخرى في الفترة القادمة.

As part of strengthening joint cooperation with official entities, Jana Foundation for Family Development held a coordination meeting with Dr. Awsan Mohammed Saleh Hassan, Director of Animal Wealth at the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries, to discuss the progress and achievements of the project *“Integrating Livestock in Women’s Empowerment and Achieving Food Security and Livelihoods”*, implemented in Al-Musa’abeen Village, Dar Saad District – Aden Governorate.

During the meeting, the foundation’s team reviewed the key results of the project, which targeted *50 women beneficiaries*, distributing *400 first-grade laying hens* (8 hens per beneficiary). The project also included intensive training programs on poultry care, egg production, and healthy feeding practices, delivered by ministry-certified veterinary consultants.

Dr. Awsan expressed his support for the foundation’s efforts, praising its role in improving rural livelihoods and economically empowering women. He also commended the project’s technical and organizational aspects, especially its adherence to health standards and veterinary supervision. For its part, the foundation affirmed its commitment to continuing its partnership with the ministry through future development projects aimed at enhancing food security and sustaining livelihoods for the most vulnerable groups.

في إطار تعزيز التعاون المشترك مع الجهات الرسمية، عقدت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة إجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع الدكتور أوسان محمد صالح حسن، مدير الثروة الحيوانية في وزارة الزراعة والري والثروة السمكية، لمناقشة سير وإنجازات مشروع "دمج الثروة الحيوانية في تمكين المرأة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش"، المنفذ في قرية المصعبين بمديرية دار سعد – محافظة عدن.

وخلال اللقاء، استعرض فريق المؤسسة أبرز نتائج المشروع، والذي استهدف (50) امرأة مستفيدة تم توزيع (400) دجاج بلدي بياض، بمعدل (8) دجاجات لكل مستفيدة، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج تدريبية مكثفة حول رعاية الدواجن وإنتاج البيض والتغذية الصحية، قدمها إستشاريون بيطريون معتمدون من الوزارة.

وأكد الدكتور أوسان دعمه لجهود المؤسسة، مشيداً بدورها في تحسين سبل عيش الأسر الريفية وتمكين النساء اقتصادياً. كما أثنى على الجوانب الفنية والتنظيمية للمشروع، خاصة الالتزام بالمعايير الصحية والرقابة البيطرية، بدورها أكدت المؤسسة حرصها على مواصلة الشراكة مع الوزارة في مشاريع تنموية مستقبلية تستهدف تعزيز الأمن الغذائي واستدامة سبل العيش للفئات الأكثر ضعفاً.

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD) concluded its participation in the “Microsoft Project” training, held as part of the "Empowering NGOs to Reduce Poverty in Yemen – #Tadamon" project, implemented by Al-Awn Foundation for Development in partnership with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), in the city of Mukalla, Hadramout Governorate. The foundation was represented by Eng. Zubair Jamal, Assistant Project Officer.

The training focused on enhancing participants’ skills in using Microsoft Project to effectively manage humanitarian and development projects. The sessions included selecting a sample project, setting goals, creating schedules and calendars, inputting core tasks into a comprehensive project framework, monitoring progress, and generating reports using the software.

This training aligns with the Tadamon project's objective of promoting digital transformation in development work.

اختتمت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة صباح اليوم الأربعاء 28 مايو 2025 دورة "مايكروسوفت بروجكت" ضمن مشروع تمكين المنظمات غير الحكومية من أجل الحد من الفقر في اليمن #تضامن، الذي تنفّذه مؤسسة العون للتنمية بالشراكة مع البنك الإسلامي للتنمية IsDB ، وذلك بمدينة المكلا بمحافظة حضرموت، ومثّل المؤسسة م. الزبير جمال، "مساعد ضابط المشاريع".

تركز الدورة على تنمية مهارات المشاركين في استخدام MS Project لإدارة المشاريع التنموية والإنسانية بفعالية، وشمل التدريب على "اختيار مشروع تدريبي، كتابة الأهداف، إعداد البرنامج والتقويم، وإدخال المهام الأساسية ضمن مشروع متكامل، ومتابعة سير المشروع واستخراج التقارير من البرنامج"، وتأتي هذه الدورة ضمن توجه مشروع تضامن نحو تعزيز التحول الرقمي في العمل.

On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD) participated in a significant meeting with European Union ambassadors and representatives of EU missions in Yemen. This engagement aimed to discuss challenges faced by civil society organizations, explore funding opportunities, and enhance collaboration between local NGOs and international partners.

Representing JFFD, Mr. Akram Ahmed Shahadat, Grants and Partnerships Specialist, delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the foundation's activities and areas of intervention across the governorates of Aden, Lahij, Abyan, and Al-Dhalea. He emphasized JFFD's efforts in protecting vulnerable groups, empowering women, and promoting sustainable livelihoods.

The meeting underscored the importance of coordinated efforts to ensure effective and comprehensive responses to Yemen's escalating crises, particularly amid growing economic and social challenges. Discussions also focused on the necessity of supporting national organizations with strong community presence to enhance impact and achieve balanced development.

EU ambassadors expressed appreciation for JFFD's initiatives and showed interest in exploring future collaboration opportunities to support projects aimed at alleviating the suffering of Yemenis and fostering community stability.

This meeting aligns with JFFD's commitment to strengthening governance, expanding its donor base, and operating with transparency and responsibility to achieve tangible and sustainable impact in targeted communities.

Attendees included the EU Ambassador to Yemen, as well as the ambassadors of France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland.

بدورهم، عبّر ممثلو الاتحاد الأوروبي عن تقديرهم لجهود مؤسسة جنى، وأبدوا اهتمامهم بدراسة فرص التعاون والشراكة المستقبلية لدعم مشاريع تسهم في التخفيف من معاناة اليمنيين، وتعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي.

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, the women beneficiaries of the “Integrating Livestock into Women’s Empowerment and Achieving Food Security and Livelihoods” project began their hands-on field training. This practical session involved working on existing chicken coop models in the village, identifying construction flaws, and learning how to correct them based on proper standards.

Participants were introduced to the correct methods for building chicken coops and shelters, the ideal environmental conditions, suitable lighting, and the appropriate dimensions and spacing required to ensure a healthy environment that boosts productivity.

This activity is part of the project funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), in partnership with CARE International, and implemented by the Jana Foundation for Family Development (JFFD) in Al-Musaibeen village – Dar Saad District – Aden Governorate.

As part of ongoing coordination with the local authorities, Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD) welcomed on the morning of Thursday, May 8, 2025, Dr. Ali Ahmed Al-Alqami, Secretary General of the Local Council in Al-Mudaraba and Ras Al-Arah District, and Mr. Aboud Jobah, Director of Planning and International Cooperation.

In a step toward enhancing collaboration and partnership between the Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD) and the Social Affairs and Labor Office in Lahj Governorate, JFFD from Aden conducted a visit to the office in Lahj on Sunday morning, May 8, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to discuss ways of continuous cooperation and coordination between the foundation and the office.

The foundation was represented by Project Officer Eng. Arslan Anis Taha, Assistant Project Officer Eng. Al-Zubair Jamal, and Media Specialist Abdulbaset bin Salman.

Mr. Saeb Shukri, Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in Lahj Governorate, welcomed the JFFD delegation and emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration between the office and civil society organizations. He noted that the office is open to mutual coordination to ensure the success of humanitarian interventions aimed at meeting community needs and enhancing humanitarian response. He also appreciated the role of JFFD and its commitment to providing services in the governorate.

Eng. Arslan highlighted the significance of partnering with the Social Affairs Office as a proactive step toward the successful implementation of interventions and projects based on field studies and surveys. These efforts aim to target the most vulnerable areas and various villages. He expressed gratitude for the office's cooperation and their efforts in facilitating humanitarian work and delivering community services.

Jana Foundation for Family Development participated in the Project Proposal Writing and Work Plan Development training course, held as part of the "Civil Society Strengthening for Inclusive Development and Empowerment of Civil Society Organizations in Aden Governorate" project. The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by CARE International.

The foundation was represented by Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Bdeih and Ms. Somaya Hashem Awadh. During the training, participants were trained on integrating gender in projects, defining vision and designing theory of change, identifying target groups, an introduction to the theory of change and logical framework, and designing objectives, outcomes, outputs, activities, and developing implementation and monitoring & evaluation plans.

On a bright and hopeful morning, the Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD) concluded an inspiring training session on "Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy" on Thursday, May 1, 2025. This initiative is part of the "Integrating Livestock into Women's Empowerment and Achieving Food Security and Livelihoods" project, targeting 50 women from Al-Musaibeen village in Dar Saad District, Aden Governorate.

Led by trainer Ms. Tahani Al-Sarari, the participants were divided into two groups of 25 to ensure active engagement over two consecutive days. The training equipped these women with essential skills in effective communication, financial literacy, business expansion strategies, and rural-appropriate buying and selling mechanisms.

This training was more than just theoretical sessions; it was a significant step towards empowering women to become agents of change within their families and communities. By fostering financial independence and entrepreneurial skills, the program aims to create sustainable livelihoods and promote community development.

The project is funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), in partnership with CARE International, and implemented by the Jana Family Development Foundation (JFFD).

في صباح يوم جميل ملئ بالطموح، اختتمت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة JFFD دورة تدريبية مُلهمة في *ريادة الأعمال ومحو الأمية المالية*، ضمن مشروع دمج الثروة الحيوانية في تمكين المرأة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش، ل 50 إمرأة من قرية المصعبين بمديرية دار سعد – عدن.

قدّمت الدورة الأستاذة تهاني الصراري، حيث تم تقسيم المشاركات إلى مجموعتين تدريبيتين بواقع 25 متدربة لكل مجموعة خلال يومين متتاليين، ليكون لكل متدربة مساحة للتعلّم والتفاعل، ركزت الدورة على تمكين النساء بالمهارات الأساسية لإدارة المشاريع الريفية الصغيرة، وتعزيز مفاهيم الاستقلال المالي من خلال تعلّم مهارات الاتصال الفعال، محو الأمية المالية، توسعة المشاريع، وآليات البيع والشراء المناسبة للبيئة الريفية.

هذا التدريب لم يكن مجرد جلسات نظرية، بل كان خطوة فعلية نحو بناء نساء قادرات على صنع التغيير في أسرهن ومجتمعهن، برؤية تؤمن بأن تمكين المرأة الريفية هو مفتاح لهن للتنمية المستدامة، يُنفذ المشروع بتمويل من وزارة الخارجية والكومنولث والتنمية FCDO، وبالشراكة مع منظمة كير العالمية CARE، وتعمل على تنفيذه مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة JFFD.

In a vibrant step towards empowering rural women, the Jana Foundation for Family Development (JFFD) successfully concluded a specialized training program on "Advocacy and Social Security" on Thursday, May 1, 2025. This initiative is part of the project "Integrating Livestock into Women's Empowerment and Achieving Food Security and Livelihoods," implemented in Al-Musaabin village, Dar Saad District, Aden Governorate.

Led by consultant and trainer Mr. Miad Mohammed Jumman, the training engaged 50 women, divided into two interactive groups over two consecutive days. Participants explored key concepts of advocacy as a tool for change, understood social security as a fundamental right, and developed skills in articulating their needs confidently and drafting support requests effectively. Real-life success stories of women overcoming challenges were shared to inspire and motivate.

This training transcended traditional learning, serving as a catalyst for building confident, influential women capable of making informed decisions and leading small projects that foster sustainable livelihoods. The project is funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), in partnership with CARE International, and executed by the Jana Foundation for Family Development.

في صباح يوم جميل يعكس روح التمكين والتغيير، اختتمت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة JFFD اليوم الخميس 1 مايو 2025 تدريبيًا مميزًا في "المناصرة والضمان الاجتماعي"، استهدف 50 امرأة ضمن مشروع دمج الثروة الحيوانية في تمكين المرأة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش في قرية المصعبين – مديرية دار سعد – محافظة عدن.

قدّم التدريب الاستشاري والمدرب ميعاد محمد جمّن، وتم خلاله تقسيم المشاركات إلى مجموعتين تدريبيتين لضمان التفاعل والاستفادة القصوى، وخلال يومين مليئين بالحيوية، اكتسبت المشاركات مفاهيم جديدة حول المناصرة كأداة تغيير، والضمان الاجتماعي كحق أساسي، وتعلّمن مهارات التعبير عن مطالبهن بثقة، وكتابة طلبات الدعم بوعي، من خلال أمثلة واقعية لنساء تحدّين الصعوبات وحققن النجاح.

هذا التدريب لم يكن فقط مجرد دورة، بل كان خطوة نحو بناء نساء قويات ومؤثرات في مجتمعاتهن، قادرات على اتخاذ القرار، وقيادة مشاريع صغيرة تخلق فرص عيش مستدامة، ويأتي هذا المشروع بدعم من وزارة الخارجية والكومنولث والتنمية (FCDO)، وبالشراكة مع منظمة كير العالمية (CARE)، وتنفذه مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة JFFD

The beneficiaries of the Livestock Integration Project for Women's Empowerment and the Achievement of Food Security continue their training journey in the "Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy" course, delivered by trainer Tehani Al-Sarari. The beneficiaries were divided into two training groups, with 25 participants in each group over two consecutive days.

During the course, participants learned about effective communication skills, methods to eliminate financial illiteracy, strategies for expanding women's businesses, and mechanisms of buying and selling in rural contexts.

This project is funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), in partnership with CARE International, and implemented by Jana Foundation for Family Development in Al-Musaibeen village, Dar Saad District, Aden Governorate.

We officially kicked off our training journey today for the 50 beneficiaries of the project “Integrating Livestock in Women’s Empowerment and Achieving Food Security and Livelihoods” with a training course titled “Advocacy and Social Protection.” The session was delivered by consultant and trainer Meaad Mohammed Jamman. The beneficiaries were divided into two training groups of 25 participants each over two consecutive days.

During the course, participants were introduced to the concept of advocacy and its simple tools, social protection as a right and a matter of social justice, basic advocacy tools, how to write a support request or speak with awareness to an authority, and real-life stories of women who overcame challenges and succeeded.

The training also focused on building self-confidence and fostering a sense of influence and participation in decision-making related to supporting and funding women’s projects in the local community, as well as the ability to demand support and sustain decent livelihood opportunities.

بدأنا اليوم مشوارنا التدريبي للمستفيدات من مشروع دمج الثروة الحيوانية في تمكين المرأة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش البالغ عددهم 50 مستفيدة، بدورة في "المناصرة والضمان الإجتماعي"، قدمّها الأستشاري والمدرب: ميعاد محمد جمّن، "حيث تم تقسيم المستفيدات على مجموعتين تدريبية 25 متدربة لكل مجموعة خلال يوميين متتاليين".

وتعرفّن المتّدربات في الدورة على: "مفهوم المناصرة وأدواتها البسيطة، الضمان الاجتماعي كحق وعدالة إجتماعية، أدوات المناصرة الأساسية، كيفية كتابة طلب الدعم أو التحدث بوعي أمام جهة مسؤولة، قصص حقيقية من نساء قاومن التحديات ونجحن.

إضافة إلى بناء الثقة بالنفس و الشعور بالقدرة على التأثير و المشاركة في القرارات المتعلقة بدعم وتمويل مشاريع النساء في المجتمع المحلي، وبناء القدرة على المطالبة بالدعم وإستدامة فرص العيش الكريم".

On Tuesday and Wednesday, April 29-30, 2025, Jana Foundation for Family Development participated in a training workshop titled “Developing a Policy and Manual for Fundraising, Partnerships, and Grants,” as part of the #Tadhamon project for empowering NGOs in Yemen. The foundation was represented by Mr. Akram Shahadat, the Grants and Partnerships Specialist, in the city of Mukalla, Hadramout Governorate.

The workshop included discussions on organizational challenges and obstacles, presentations of preliminary unified fundraising policy models, a review of participating organizations’ existing policies, and the presentation of a unified procedural guide structure for fundraising and operational tools. These tools included proposal templates, a donor matrix, and an opportunity assessment form.

شاركت مؤسسة جنى لتنمية الأسرة صباح يومي الثلاثاء و الأربعاء الموافق: 29-30/أبريل/2025م، في ورشة تدريبية بعنوان إعداد سياسة ودليل حشد التمويل والشراكات والمنح، وذلك ضمن مشروع تمكين المنظمات غير الحكومية في اليمن #تضامن، وقد مثّل المؤسسة أ. أكرم شهادات (مختص المنح والشراكات)، وذلك بمدينة المكلا - محافظة حضرموت.

وتم في الورشة "استعراض ومناقشة معوقات وتحديات المنظمات وعرض النماذج الأولية الموحدة لسياسة حشد التمويل، إضافة إلى مراجعة سياسات نماذج من المنظمات المشاركة، وعرض هيكل الدليل الاجرائي الموحد لحشد التمويل والأدوات التشغيلية" التي تضمنت (قوالب مقترحات، مصفوفة المانحين، نموذج تقييم الفرص).

As part of efforts to coordinate with local authorities, a delegation from the Jana Foundation for Family Development met with the Director General of Al-Mudaraba and Ras Al-Arah District, Mr. Murad Saif Jubah, and the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Dr. Ali Ahmed Hassan.

The Foundation was represented by Eng. Arslan Taha Anis, Project Officer; Eng. Al-Zubair Jamal, Assistant Project Officer; and Mr. Ali Shahir, Logistics Assistant.

The Director General and the Secretary-General expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the Jana Foundation for their attention and humanitarian interventions in the district. Eng. Arslan emphasized the importance of coordination between the Foundation and the local authorities to ensure the success of projects.

وتقدم مدير عام المديرية والأمين العام بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لمؤسسة جنى على اهتمامهم وتدخلاتهم الإنسانية في المديرية، فيما أكد م. أرسلان على أهمية التنسيق بين المؤسسة والسلطة المحلية لضمان نجاح المشاريع.

Jana Foundation for Family Development continuously strives to build the capacity of its staff by involving them in specialized training courses and knowledge transfer sessions. In this context, the foundation welcomed Mr. Bassam Saleh (CARE Organization Communications Officer) to share his extensive experience in humanitarian work through his role with CARE.

Mr. Bassam explained various methods for documenting humanitarian projects, writing and presenting success stories, and crafting quotes in alignment with international organizations’ standards.
